What’s the minimum for free delivery?
Orders over R950 qualify for free delivery.
When do you dispatch orders?
Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the next business day.
Can I change or add items to my order?
Yes before dispatch. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible. Contact us immediately with your order number.
What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
Email info@skinergy.co.za within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund your item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, Instant EFT, PayFast, PayJustNow, SnapScan, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
How long does delivery take?
2–4 working days nationwide. Rural areas may take longer.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
No. We require a physical address or can ship to Pudo lockers or Bob boxes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within South Africa only. For international orders, email info@skinergy.co.za.
What if my order goes missing?
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery. We’ll investigate with the courier and offer a reshipment or refund.
